The Queensland Government is extending the Small Business COVID-19 Adaption Grant Program. As part of Stage 2 of Queensland’s Economic Recovery Strategy – Unite and Recover for Queensland Jobs (more information below), up to $100 million is being made available to deliver a second round of grants, with half of this funding specifically earmarked for regional small businesses located outside of South East Queensland. 

The Small Business Adaption Grant page on the Business Queensland website has been revamped with ‘how to apply’ information and additional resources, including: 

• An eligibility tool to help businesses determine if they are eligible for round 2, and whether they qualify as a South East Queensland or Regional Queensland business for the purposes of this application. 
• A Round 2 Application Tips document
