Jobs Queensland has recently updated their FREE workforce planning toolkit that’s available online.  The toolkit includes practical templates, in word and excel, for local businesses to easily download and use immediately (no formatting required). 

The resource has been developed to assist time-poor business owners and managers with their strategic planning, and most importantly plan for their greatest asset, being their people.
